The Council has had a published Five Year Plan since November 1995. Since that time there have been a number of amendments as items in the plan were completed; external actions made items irrelevant or triggered the inclusion of new ones.
The current draft is dated 14th September 2004 and was posted here, as a pdf file, to allow and invite comments from residents. This draft was accepted by the Council following comment and will be updated and then ratified by The Council. At that time it will be sent to Wokingham District Council as an indicator of what the residents of Winnersh expect.
