Winnersh Village Fete
Bearwood Recreation Ground
At the Bearwood Recreation Ground in Sindlesham you’ll find:
- the Winnersh Community Centre with a hall, bar, meeting room and the Parish Office
- play areas including a recently installed play area for children of all abilities funded by a BIG Lottery Fund “Children’s Play” award
- an activity area and shelter for young people
- an outdoor gym aimed especially at adults and older people who would like some gentle exercise
- football pitches -
full- size and junior- size - sports pavilion with changing facilities and showers
- basketball and volleyball courts
- the Pavilion Cafe serving drinks, ice cream and light snacks
The children’s play area is now one of the best in the district with children coming from far and wide to use the ‘challenging’ equipment and the new outdoor gym is one of the first in the country to offer free exercise for all ages (recommended for age 12+).
The Bearwood Recreation Ground and Allnatt Pavilion are the ‘home’ of the Winnersh Rangers Football Club
