Parish Council Staff

The staff of the Council are based at the Winnersh Community Centre and are responsible for day-to-day management of the Council’s affairs and facilities. The permanent members of the staff are the Clerk, Finance & Administration Officer (FAO) and the Caretaker.  They are assisted by part-time and relief staff.

Clive Hudson

The Clerk is responsible for the management of the Council's facilities and for supporting the work of the Council and its Committees. If you have any queries about the Parish Council the Clerk will often be the best person to contact first.

Sylvie de Groote

Finance & Administration Officer

The FAO is responsible for keeping track of the Council's finances, dealing with bookings and invoicing and helping with the many administrative tasks that keep the Council running effectively.

Alison Bennet

Caretaker

The Caretaker is responsible for the maintenance and security of the Council’s facilities at the Bearwood Recreation Ground. This includes opening and closing the premises for users, cleaning throughout to a high standard and monitoring safety issues.
