A new outdoor gym has been installed at Bearwood Recreation Ground and is now open to the public for the first time.

There are a number of pieces of equipment including a cross trainer, shoulder press and a hand bike, and there is equipment for all abilities. New flooring has also been laid which is made from recycled tyres, as well as a new path from the car park.

The gym has been designed to be an inclusive and innovative space for the whole community. There are instructions for each piece of equipment with the option to download the TGO Activate App to keep track of your workout and progress.
