In response to a question from Cllr Prue Bray about the imminent tree felling near the existing allotments, Laura Callan of WBC replied that:
“Balfour Beatty have confirmed that they will not shut the access to the allotments during the tree felling activity. They will put in place a marshalling system to ensure safe passage for anyone using the allotments. They will also share the exact date that they plan to be working in that area.”
